There are many of us with 2.01 who have not been able to get Tetris working. From reading in the forums it seems like it only works for about half the people, while the rest of us get the old crash halfway through loading. Yes, many times I have tried taking the memory stick out and then reinserting after the game starts. I have also copied and recopied the files many times, as well as formatting the memory stick and then just copying the entire contents of the archive onto it.
I have my fingers crossed that this new version will work, but I'm not so sure, as it was claimed that the old version worked 100% of the time. I'll try to remain optimistic, though!
Thanks to Fanjita and PSP3D for working so hard to give us the homebrew we deserve! |
You should find the new version is much better for you.
And it's now released - enjoy! |

| | | Just as a followup to my previous post, I just tried the new 2.5 Tetris (it's available on Fanjita's site) and it works! Disregard my previous complaints about the 2.01 version.
This is excellent!
EDIT: Oh, I missed the Fanjita post in the few minutes since my last page refresh. Anyway, thanks a ton for this Fanjita! You do good work.
