GREAT theory admin. Definitely try using a downgraded 1.5 firmware PSP dump, thats really the only difference between the touched and untouched versions I think..

Does the firmware flash both flash0 and flash1 areas? if so, then maybe thats why the mph downgrader stop at 99% because unexpected 2.0 registery or theme data files ( or something similar ). My Flash1 area still contain my wallpaper from 2.0 usage. And maybe thats why this thing is bricking non-genuine 1.5's? just a thought... And now it's time for some sleep

thats weird cause when i first got mine it was firmware 1.25 dont understand why it wasnt 1.50

i was just reading about this at pspupdates and they were all saying it is fake and all HA i cant belkeive them ima laugh wen all the believers have custom 2.5 and the nonbelievers wont use it or cant hahahahahh and they shood go in and delete all the leftover 2.0 files and if u can clear the cache and then try it

Interesting...at the end of the thread the FAMOUS Fajinta (2.0 eboot loader creator) is backing psp3d up...big time. I think pspupdates are just all flamers with no life.
