So it's possible that this is genuine. However, it's clearly dangerous.
There's also a plausible theory that might explain the claimed behaviour (works on virgin 1.5s, not on downgraded 2.0->1.5s), involving the benign failure of the downgrade process at 99% flashed.
If you have a PSP that you're willing to risk by testing it, then you'll be able to find the app to test it. Be warned that so far, the claimed success rate is 33%, the other 67% were bricks.

| | | | yes i have read them but which one specifically the one you have quoted man i really want to make my own psp dev team but all i know is html I GOT IT my dev team could just be beta testers a whole website about beta testing no dev cuz i cant really just testers i have a best buy warranty everytime i go there i just keep the batt and mem card and i cood get dontaions to buy more psps form there |
