Why would sonyxteam be sending psp3d betas they've not spoken about on their site/let users test or even boast about?.. surely there are more credible/skilled testers for this.

I don't know why but it's curious . I just came from their forums and that's true, i saw nothing about this release.
Or maybe they knew the risk of briking...and would'nt let it for "simple users" and gave it to psp3d to try it...

SXT really doesn't want everyone knowing about this. They have been working on it for a while and only have one PSP left. So insteed of bricking theres they bricked ours!

I think theres enough bricks now to revise it

If it worked first time round then not the second then maybe it's got something to do with power levels at the time?

Either that or maybe the flash can only take so much abuse and this program is more agressive than others.

Those that are still trying it, maybe you could give a brief disription of what happens and past history of your PSP?

As a side note why does the community club together to buy another psp? or 2....

I would donate a bit and if everyone donated say $10 it would help the cause??

I believe a motherboard will fix the brick how cheap are they compared with a new PSP.
