DS is not a portable

By the way Nintendo DS is not a portable so comparing PSP to Ninentendo DS is just as relevant as comparing PSP to Gamecube. Gameboy is Nintendo's portable. Don't get me wrong, I love the DS, it offers gamers something new, but the reason why its a "tank" is because its not a portable, its a third pillar system that can be used as a portable. PSP has better graphics. I'm not getting into a graphics arguement, but so did Game Gear, Neo Geo, Sega Nomad, NGage, etc.. Gameboy defeated all those with barely any effort. Its the games that matter, and not just 2 or 3 games will win the war. PSP is an entertainment sent, not a hardcore gaming system. A hardcore portable gaming system needs to have a long battery life, good games, be small, and be cartridge format. PSP has a mediocre at best battery life, not many worth while games, is kinda large, and is UMD format which will lead to problems. Gameboy has a long battery life, hundreds of games of which a good portion are fun, and small, especially gameboy micro. PSP is a pretty good portable entertainment center, not a good portable video game console.

i think the battery in the psp is great myself... lasts me a long long time i only charge it every other day.

and cartridges suck id rather a umd (sony is using them to stop piracy i think) because you cant gte a umd dvd player (if you see what im gettin at lol) and the psp i think is a gameing system just hasnt got that many great games out
