Fanjita and Ditlew have finally found the 2.6 SYSCALLs, which will be extremely helpful to the 2.6 homebrew scene. So far, developers have had to be limited to the SYSCALLs readily available in GTA, thus preventing EBOOT Loader (eLoader) progress to develop. But now that this has been finally cracked, 2.6 is just as 'homebrew-able' as 2.5, and 2.01.

"Thanks to a brainwave from Ditlew, we've had a breakthrough finding the v2.6 firmware syscalls, and we think we have about 90% of them figured out.
So this means, basically, that a version of the eLoader that works on v2.6 is really not very far away now. Woohoo!"

Points: 2.86 Donate | | | i wonder if rockstar deliberately put in the hole knowing that their game sales would go thru the roof. Im sure just in the past week their sales would have sky rocketed.
Great news on the 2.6, wonder what sony will try and bring out next. Honestly they should just give up trying to stop and work with the community. But that would be a smart thing to do... so sony wont be
