Edison Carter has released a new version of the GTA Cheat Device. It's been a while since an update has been made to the cheat device, but as usual, Edison Carter never fails to deliver. Without this, all the homebrew we currently have on 2.01/2.5/2.6 would be impossible.
Remember to check out PSP 3D's in-game GTA video database for some insanely funny GTA footage. 
New features in 0.8b release: -Teleport to player target (the player-set red marker on the map).
-Video recorder optimizations.

Hello, i just downloaded this and am about to put it on my PSP but 1st i have one question can i use the cheatdevice in multiplayer?? ive never attempted it before with any of the other cheatdevices so was just wondering if i could use it to better my odds in a multiplayer game?? Doesnt matter anymore i just tried it and froze my psp. Guesse that answers it
