Dubbed Nincest 64, this is a major step forward but still runs quite slow at around 1.5 frames per second. The source is also included so hopefully we will see some better optimized versions emerging soon (as at this point it only runs a few homebrew demos), but big props to
Marius Dumitrean (
http://nemo.dcemu.co.uk) for this good release, we've been looking out for this for a long time!
The author, Marius Dumitrean, states:
"This is the first n64 emulator ported to the psp. It only runs 2 PD/Homebrew demos (stars & fire) which are included with the release."
Installation:
1) Copy the "n64" Folder to the root of the memory stick.
..) Example "G:\" (replace G: with your psp drive letter)
2) Copy the files from the folder containing your psp version number
..) Example, 1.0 users will go into 1.0 folder and copy the psp directory to the root of the memory stick.
3) Run the software
Be sure to read the readme for more important information.
