No it doesn`t downgrade ANY psp
No it doesn`t work (properly) on 2.xx

And here is some reference for noobs :

The only FW you can downgrade is 2.00

You cannot downgrade 2.01 or 2.50 or 2.60
If you have 1.51 or 1.52 you 1st have to upgrade to 2.00 THEN downgrade to 1.50 and you know why ? Because downgrader only works on 2.00 .

Man i realy want this app. I want to buy more games for my psp instead of using iso's. It feels just so much better to have more legal games. I dont want to upgrade my psp to 2.xx. I hope this is for free becouse i dont want to pay any money for this. I will buy the games and i dont want to pay for this too. I payed enough for the psp to play games. So this must be free to to play games. It is better then using iso's Sony would love him. I love him. And it is better for the homebrew community. We cant upgrade to 2.xx and that is the main reason many people use iso's The other are just pore and dont want to spend much money on buying games.

But all is not lost, Steven is releasing the current source code for FlashMod v3 along with the logos and fonts used.
