EvolutionTV PVR Adds Realtime PSP Video Compression!

Looks like Apple users aren't left in the dirt this time around. If you are a current EvolutionTV owner, there is a new update out which allows for direct, realtime loading of video/TV unto your PSP without the need of external software. If I had a Mac, I'd pick up one of these, but it costs $250, so I'd think there are better options available for the PSP. Wasn't there a Tivo product which converted TV into PSP format, on demand?

"EvolutionTV hooks up to a Mac using USB 2.0, and enables you to watch live TV, pause, rewind and skip forward, access online TV guides and more. The device features built-in hardware compression.

The updated software adds real time video compression for video iPods and Sony Playstation Portables (PSP), removing the need to go through software exporting to those devices."

Awesome. Knowing Apple, that should be really good. Everything they make works too good.

You can already play games & homebrew on the iPod. Although controlling it with that touchpad thing gets a bit hard.
