Metal Gear Acid 2 Released!

Some people loved Metal Gear Acid. Some people hated Metal Gear Acid. Others don't even know what Metal Gear 'Acid' is! Well, it is an adoption of the Metal Gear series on the PSP, but there's a twist, compared to the rest of the Metal Gear series that was launched on PS2. It's not an FPS (first person shooter)! It's a card based game, where ya move Solid Snake around the map and kill baddies. Cool, once again, it is a love/hate idea.

Today, Konami has shipped the sequel to Metal Gear Acid, Metal Gear Acid 2! It boasts a new story, and a new 'comic-like' style of called graphics called cell-shading. Another love/hate idea introduced to the Metal Gear series. Word.

To top off the cherry on the pie, Konami introduces yet another love/hate idea with the release of Metal Gear Acid 2, the "Solid Eye", basically bulky goggles which make the cell-shaded characters in the game look 3D. Now can ya imagine walking down the street wearing the accessory pictured above in public? I'd think it would be a little embarrassing, but it is a new idea, and Konami does deserve some props for going outside the box.

Whatever the case, it's about time you find out if you love the Metal Gear Acid series, or if you hate it, so grab your copy of Metal Gear Acid 2 from store shelves now!

Those have got to be the least practicle 3d goggles I have ever seen. That would be a pain in the ass using those while playing. You would get brain damage after 5 minutes playing. And Metal Gear Acid 1 sucked, not sure why they are saying a lot of ppl liked it But hopefully this one is better.

This has honestly been the most disappointing thing about the psp... I was a huge MGS fan on the ps2.. I sat in line to buy Metal gear acid and when I got home and saw this whole card stuff I started to cry like a 2nd grade girl(jk)......PLEASE KONAMI IF YOU SEE THIS GO BACK TO FIRST PERSON SHOOTER PLEASE...
