I've got a similar thing from Lik-Sang, but it doesn't say pelican on it, it says "Power station 3800MAH" .

Is this the same thing? i heard it might be

AC Adaptor is just another power supply like the one you got with your PSP, and the Car Charger is useful for long road trips with the parents when you need a PSP and some extra battery life.

Good to know though because I haven't gotten much use out of my Power Brick lately. Now I get two free PSP accessories !
