However many screw-ups Sony has done, we still must give them credit... reluctantly . Wow Admin... only a couple of days went by and that happened? I know that feeling with the scratches you have. I have one about an inch long smack dab in the middle and it came with my psp. Tsk Tsk Sony. Thankfully for me, a screen protector hides the hideous mark of shame.

I don't think you can get a new faceplate by just sending it to them... I think you have to buy it and do the entire putting-on thing yourself...

I was concerned with the whole screen-protector issue but I went to walmart and got a pack of these:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...lance&n=468642

Made by Pelican, these are practically invisible to the naked eye.
They're sticky so once they're on, don't plan on taking it off.
I've had mine on my psp for about 2 months now and havn't seen a slight bit of wear.

Very worth the $10

hhahaha! it's so lame..the soft case thing is like so stupid because you stick the psp in it and then you go and grab it from wherever you keep your psp and it falls out almost and you have to dive for it...it's like "NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!" slow motion dive. That's why i got the logetech armor case. Still doesn't do the job for the screen scratches though.

Yea WTF! Why isn't it included?! Well lets see hmm...... Because sony is a bunch of A$$hole$ who like to over charge ppl, "with BS stuff of theirs that don't work properly" (at least with my experience)! It should be though.
