SephZero and Team Shadow have just released a new Beta update to Simple Amp, a homebrew audio playback application for the PSP. Although the PSP's built-in MP3 player is equally as good quality wise, the awesome GUI that Simple Amp sports makes this program worth it, as well as the equalizer function. Great work guys, we can't wait to see the final version of this great looking shell!
New features/fixes in Beta 2 include:
- Reading of files contained in ms0:PSPMUSIC (no subdirectories at the moment).
- Launch MP3 files up to 12MB.
- Scrolling animated filelist.
- Show time.
- Switch to Prev./Next. song.
- Runs at 333MHz overclocked CPU mode.
