Ditlew has just released information on his new homebrew project, eTV, an extension of TVSP, a utility which allows you to watch TV on your PSP, originally developed by Andy Fung. eTV features incredibly better quality TV on the PSP, based on the video that Ditlew has provided us, and only requires a computer with a TV tuner card in order to run (although not all TV tuners will be supported when released).
