Theriddlingsphinx has just released the first version of PSP Tic Tac Toe, a classic, but slick-looking, LUA based homebrew game. This is yet another cool homebrew tic-tac-toe adaptation; looks like coders (and some of us) just can't get tired of its simple yet challenging fun.
