NeoGeo Alpha 3 Released!
The developers working on the NeoGeo emulator for PSP have just released a new Alpha version of their emulator. This pre-release version has some new optimizations, various bug fixes, and a few new features; being as the changelog is in Japanese, and for some reason we couldn't get a decent translation, just give it a download and check out the improvements in the included README.txt for yourself. Great work guys!

Which Emu is this..?
Is this a NEOGEO CARTRIDGE emulator or another NeoCD emu?
