As technology improves, companies aim to take multi-functionality to the next level by incorporating tools, which were once standalone into one another, thus improving efficiency and value. Below you can see a snapshot of what is to be the first-party, Sony camera addon, bearing the PSP logo as well as "1.3 MEGA PIXELS" branded in the lower right.
With all the technological improvements we see nowadays, it looks like Sony is stuck in the past; 1.3 MP cameras are just so... 3/4 years ago? Don't plan to take any pictures of beautiful mountains in high resolution with this camera; instead, plan to use it to take some quick snapshots of your friend chugging down the shots at your next frat party. That's as good as 1.3 MP gets: as good as your cell phone.
Well, obviously Sony has some other plans up there sleeve for this accessory than just simple ol' point-n-shootin' fun. Notice how the camera is facing the front of the PSP, the side of the PSP which you look at (not the back, doh!). Could infrastructure video conversations/conferencing be in the works? Your thoughts, please. Check out more information about this camera here.

oh well just my 2 cents! |

i cant ever see myself walkin around tryin to take pictures with my psp
thats what a camera is for you have to rember the psp is for gaming
if it was too high the pictures would be tooo big and would eat up all your memory and im sure u couldnt have 2mb picture files for games
sony isnt dumb they do research on every thing they do there would be a reason why its only 1.3mp |
