A psp-1006/1007 downgrader. Japanese version psp. 2.0
If you feel brave, go for it and tell everyone if it works for your 2.01

demanding anything isnt going to make anything move along any faster. as far as it being a 2.1 downgrader...thats not the impression i got. it must have just been a type-o and the type-o was just copied to many forums and web pages.

from what everyone in the earlier pages say it is only made to downgrade asian or psp's models 1006/1007 down to version 1.5.

they already made one for psp's that are 1000/1001 which i know one of those is US.

what do you mean... i just bought a new psp and it came with 2.1, can i change it to 1.5?

Yes there will be homebrew soon....we can already run code on it and testing of Tetris is going through.......so watch this space for homebrew soon....
