Sony has announced that a new PSP + 1 GB Memory Stick + Tekken: Dark Resurrection special pack is set to be released in Korea on July 20th, 2006, for 358,000 KRW, or roughly $373 USD. If you add up the values of all of the included goodies in the package up, it should only come out to about $350 USD, so it seems somewhat overpriced for what should be a bargain package (or it just may be a bad time for Korean to US currency exchange). 
Being as PSP 3D consists of an international community of PSP enthusiasts, I'm sure some people in the world are glad to see this package coming to their local retail shops (though pricey). But why is it that none of these nifty PSP packages head down over to the US? Tekken is one heck of an awesome game, and if I didn't have a PSP and a 1 GB MS yet, I would definitely pick this special package up if it was priced right. Comon' Sony, share the happiness worldwide! |
