Since 0nyx7 has not made this thread and it NEEDS to be done soon, I decided with some other people that a thread should be put up. Here is what it said last month so i guess it should work this month:
Ladies and gentlemen, the submission thread is back.
Please submit your graphic in the following way..

Date:
Graphic:
if i could remind everyone of the rules..
* It must have your name or some variation of your name in it
* You must have made it yourself, no premade sigs
* Sig can be in any format (gif, jpeg etc.)
* One entry per person
* Entries must be 349x103 - 410x160 pixels.
* Entries must be uploaded on the submission thread which will be posted 25th October
* Entries must be uploaded by the deadline, anything after that will not be considered a valid entry
The theme for this month (by popular demand) is: Custom GFX. Simply put, you must enter only graphics you have made yourself in photoshop, no pre-created images, just vectors and styles.
The entry deadline is 31th October

Note from Birdman1- Since the theme was PS only, and sometimes people seem to cheat I think that the finalist should upload the PSD of the file to make sure they followed the rules (In the end, it is up to 0nyx7)
