Hey, just a question about the PSP mp4 avc formats and the file names.
I notice that when I convert movies with PSP MMM or the sony one, that the files names that the PSP displays is the same as the file was when it was converted [eg. TITLE_01.vob is converted into MQ2232.mp4 -> then the name on the PSP's screen is "now playing TITLE_01.mp4"] Is there as way to change the name displayed on the screen so I know what dvd was converted into that movie file?

Yes download PSP Movie Creator and use the transfer program to rename the files.

where can I get PSP Movie Creator? I've got the ImTOO DVD to PSP Converter...

or use pspvideo 9 it also renames files, or us a a program that renames loads of files into the type that the psp needs (for instance: http://www.mediachance.com/free/renamer.htm), which is:

M4V1000number.mp4 ("number is hopefully self-explanatory") into
\MP_ROOT\100MNV01

Again if u just use pspvideo9 there's no problem.

or you can just rename the file before you convert it. you could pretty much say that mp4s are zipped media files
