Video Help

I have read everything about converting videos for the PSP and have a program to do so. I have even enabled WMV on my PSP. Regardless of whether the movie is in MP4 format or WMV format, my PSP never can see them. I have tried placing the movies in the 100MNV01 and 100ANV01 folders and have even tried creating a VIDEO folder for them, but nothing works. What the heck am I doing wrong?

Thanks for your help.

alright back up your memory stick (copy everything to your PC) and format the memory stick on the PSP. A video folder should appear along with any other folders you may be missing.

Okay, I did that and now I have a Video folder. I have tried MP4, Avi and Wmv format videos and it always comes up as an unsupported video format. What format does the PSP support??

Thanks

That's a list right from the PSP's manual site. try downloading something like PSPvideo9 to convert your videos over to a format the PSP can play

Works fine with that software. Strange I used other converting software that supports the PSP format, and it will not work.

Thanks for the info jsf. Much appreicated!
