Currently impossible. The format is PMF, and the only converter known to man is part of the Official Sony PSP SDK.

Hi i dunno if anyone has mentioned this but you can get "PSP Video 9" from this site...its a free download, I now have all my music videos on there. Each video takes about 2-3 minutes to Transcript and can be instantly sent to your PSP using the program.

Sorry if this has been mentioned!
