control audio bitrates, resolution and video bitrates (150kbps-4000kbps <to go to 4000kbps, you have to click on the + sign in bitrate menu>)

best one, get the free XPRESS version (only converts videos, not DVD's) including all the formats that your computer is capable of (decode by codec installed on your computer)

In pspvideo 9, just connect you're psp via usb and set it to usb mode, it will automaticly recognise your psp.
Go to convert (in pspvideo9) and choose convert new video.
Choose the videos you want.
Then go to copy to psp.
Choose the movies you want en choose either move to psp or copy to psp.
Done.
