need sonicstage help

I bought £20's ($35) worth of music and had about 100 songs from CDs that won't transfer to my PSP! My PSP is detected when I connect it but it doesn't download the songs when I try to. My recently purchased music does not download to my library, it just says "the following songs could not be downloaded" and lists all of them. This happens after my first song is 99% completed.

I have Sonicstage v3.3, the latest version so I should be able to download them to my 1Gb Memory stick Duo but not one song downloads and I can't even change the PSP's settings to whatever type of music file I want for example, MP3, ATRAC3 PLUS, etc. I have contacted Sonicstage helpers via email, I've had a couple of emails from them, but they stopped trying to help me. They couldn't be assed, I guess.

Id suggest downloading the files as you already have bought them and would not be breaking the law. I dont use sonicstage anymore i just drag & drop now.
