What program can i use to play AVC files ?

you dont need a program you just need fw2.0 or 2.5 (something like that) and then you stick it in your memory stick (X:/psp/mp_root/etc.)

I did that, i can watch it fine on my psp......but im trying to watch it on my pc

Why on earth would you want to do that Stealth Master ?

"Can I play AVC video files generated with Image Converter 2 Plus on any device other than PSP?

As of September 2005, we have not confirmed that playback is possible on any device other than PSP. (Except for a computer that meets the system requirements and has Image Converter 2 Plus installed.) "

the whole point of watching a video formatted for the PSP is that IT'S FORMATTED FOR THE PSP! DOWNLOAD A NORMAL FAMILY GUY TORRENT FOR THAT!!! YOU IDIOT!! BLLLLLLAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! BAAAAAAAGHHHHHHHH!!
