why don't people make graphics by hand instead of nicking pivtures and adding bit anyone can do things like this,

The only picture in there is the lohan one, and its from google, so its not like im using PSDs. The background is actually made by hand, Only filter used there is the base one, which is render > clouds, its brushing and smudging. Still, like i said, it was to mess about with colouring.
