you can uploade the music on www.filelodge.com
you need an account on www.webjay.com they host you rss or somethin then you just get on that site ( www.webjay.com) with the psp and theres a play button next to the feed
i havent tried it out yet but i got this from gamefaqs forum

Points: 1.03 Donate | | man i must say, file lodge sucks ass, the main page is fine but i try to upload and i gotta refresh it like 100 times before it actually shows the page im looking for, it always just shows a blank page, and now i cant even goto my files to get the links to em  |
