its prolly taking longer because they find out more everyday about everyones little hacks and exploits and they have to patch then on 3.0

But anyway v3 ... why would u wanna know about it i really really hope they dnt release it soon since it will limit more iso's which i dont like... come on developers get gta working!

EDIT: You can also get some idea of when they will release on home page... take a look at the keyboard.
