i have no idea what a TMD file is well i have an idea but i dont know if i can make one ie txtfile or if it takes a program or if i have to download it from the source |

They're not a requirement, but...they're a 160x120 JPG file with a changed extension. It's a screenshot from the video, the screenshot you see in the video selection screen. | |
