Now that I have something that can play the Xvid/divx codec on my 2.60 psp (link), I was looking for an app that would take my vids and shink them to 480*272@29.97 fps (psp size) or would crop to the nearest size (I.E. a "full screen" movie is not streched to "wide screen"). I'm tired of playing around with vurtualdubmod, and would like a simpler program. BTW, I have gotten it to work, but I'm too lazy and lack the time to do it for everything I want to compress.

NOTE: This is not the PMP player. It is totaly different, as far as I can tell. Do not give me answers about PMP, unless there is an easy way to convert that to avi.
