This tutorial will explain how to make a slit explosion, what is that you ask you will just have to read the tutorial and find out (or look at the end pic)

1. Open up Photoshop and make a new picture (480x272)

2. Make sure the background is white now go to filters>texture>craquelure.

3. Now go to filters>blur>radial blur and use the following settings:
Amount: 100
Blur Method: Zoom
Quality: Best

4. Now go to Filters>Stylize>Glowing Edges and use the following settings:
Edge Width: 2
Edge Brightness: 20
Smoothness: 1

5. Now when all this is done press CTRL+U when in the screen check the tick box that says colorize and then play around with the setting until you get something you like.

The outcome should resemble this:

then we'll ahve a nice collection of all the psp3d tuts

BTW, i like the "make a new document, 480x272"part lol

i realy do think we need a gfx part to this site so it stays seperate from psp talk. not that there is anything wrong with gfx because they play a big part in psp homebrew
