Help with 3GP magicbit Converter

Hi, guys

i hope you can help me.
First of all, i use PSP video9, thats great, but a little slow, so... i try this program

3GP MagicBit Converter, because they tellme is faster (and it is, very) and support more formats!!, but i have a problem...

i convert any file to mp4, i rename the file to the psp format and i put in the right folder and a message become " No compatible format". Anyone kows what i do wrong??!! please. here i put the screen with my configuration sets:

MagicBit PSP video Converter. (not 3gp)
