Who knows which is the best? I was thinking of getting Serif Drawplus but I don't know any others, so which is the best cartoon animation program? Preferably a free one?

Points: 84,973,253,489.50 Donate | | I'd assume one of the most popular cartoon's animation program would be expensive. The Simpson's animation was once from Klasky Csupo, which is why the lip-syncing was so off during the first season.  |
