To install, if you already have SE-A, or B, you just put it in the Game/Game150 folder, and run it. New users, it's a little more involved. There's probably more in the readme. Quote:
Changes:
- Fixed the problem of crashing if the iso folder didn't exist
- Added experimental no umd mode. By default it is disabled.
New configurations:
- Use NO-UMD. It will enable the NO-UMD mode, whose compatibility is currently unknown, and
probably less compatible than UMD mode. This is the main reason to release this quick update,
to know more or less the compatibility of this no-umd mode.
- Use isofs driver also in UMD-inserted mode (in advanced). You probably don't have to touch this,
it's mainly done for myself. If you do it, you may decrease the compatibility of UMD mode.

It's in homebrew/hacking. Just thought I'd let you know. |

And with UMD and No-UMD, I'll explain. Usually to make ISOs work, you need a UMD inserted, to be able to 'trick' the PSP into thinking the UMD has the ISO on it, and start it. That is UMD mode, with pretty much 100% compatibility. No-UMD mode is exactly the same, but you don't need a UMD inserted and has only just been brought into SE-B. |

as for se version SE-A was the first release by dark_alex which would give you a 2.71 psp with 1.5+2.71 full homebrew call it the "golden firmware" that how i feel about it SE-B was an update for it which added the ability to load iso directly from the Game->memstick menu in the xmb and the SE-B2 was released as a quick update for loading iso from xmb without requiring a umd in the drive.
