It has been confirmed. Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories needs 2.81 to run. So for all you who have already upgraded, be happy. For those of you who want to play it, but not upgrade.. you're screwed. Buy a new PSP?
Personally, I'll probably be upgrading to play it. All these demos and stuff are too tempting.

Im sorry, but of all the homebrew apps and games, none come close to GTA, not even bundled together. I would quite honestly rather have my PSP overheating from my sweaty, eager palms than collecting dust with 1.2 in the flash and 600mb of hb on the ms.
Kellas, I gotta say i think you are wrong. After the schooling Sony must have given R* for the last fiasco, I doubt there's going to be even the remotest opportunity that the savegame exploits will be applicable here.
So for now, I guess its goodbye psp modding community!
