Apparenty the Black Friday (day after Thanksgiving) schedule has been leaked. Within the items listed was the PSP. Currently the price of a PSP is retail $199. After the discount the price will be $169, a whole $30!

This add also mentions that a few games will have their prices lowered to $19 and GTA:LCS (Not VCS) will be at the low low price of $14!

A possible reason for this discount could be that they are selling less PSP systems, or more likly they decreased the price so people would buy a psp along with their PS3.

This is a leaked list; this may be true, it may not be true. We will just have to wait and see.
