i just did it with my coustom gameboot and backgrounds, it freezes when i load iso's now but homebrew works still, now im goin to reinstall se-b and try without anything coustom, i doesnt brick cause u have recovry mode but i havent got it workin yet. ill post when i do

u need some kinda of installer for this cause this way doesnt work well and messed up my psp 2 times, im goin to try a 3rd time now just for the hell of it cause im board. it could maybe be my psp cause its was a 1.0 jp, and that before installed se-b i did that o-x button swap to make it like the us psp's

nope, i changed 100% nothin, i reinstalled 1.5 and then se-b and then followed all the steps here, it freezes every time i load an iso

you could always mod the pspbtcnf_game.txt so in stead of loading them off flash it loads the off memstick i.e. instead of $\kd\___280.prx it reads ms0:\kd\___280.prx and leave the 2.80 prx's in a folder called kd on the memstick then you can have any custom mod and to fix you just need to flash the original pspbtcnf_game.txt back in, which can be done in recovery mode and the flashing is kept to a minimal

Anybody know why the devhook version changes 6 prx's
/kd/memlmd.prx to /kd/memlmd_280.prx
/kd/mscm to /kd/mscm_280.prx
/kd/mesg_led.prx to /kd/mesg_led_280.prx
/kd/registry.prx to /kd/registry_280.prx
/kd/utility.prx to /kd/utility_280.prx
/kd/impose.prx to /kd/impose_280.prx

and the SE-B only changes four ?
/kd/mscm to /kd/mscm_280.prx
/kd/mesg_led.prx to /kd/mesg_led_280.prx
/kd/registry.prx to /kd/registry_280.prx
/kd/utility.prx to /kd/utility_280.prx

I haven't tried yet but does any one know the reason for the difference ?
