Can anybody get their custom topmenu_plugin.rco working on this? My psp freezes each time I try to add it.

Just downgraded from 3.03 to 1.5, everything went great.
Go the 3.10 custom firmware files from this thread, and followed the instructions.
I ran the DXAR update maker, its been running for around 30 mins , its now extracting and packing. My question is , How long does it take to dump the DXAR?
This has been running for at least 30 mins, im starting to worry its not dumping right.
Right now its moved onto " Extracting and packing 3.10 firmware....."

Should i just leave it or re try the process?

No matter, it finally dumped the DXAR after a hour, double checked the checksum and it was fine.Flash went well

Thanks Dark Alex for the custom Firmware and of course Noobz for the intial DG.

Sound like you got a fake memstick, check the information in the xmb options for magicgate-supported\unknown if it supported it genuine if not its a fake, if it is genuine then maybe you memstick if fragmented and needs formatting\ defraging (remeber to backup you important data first, i.e. gamesaves)

Djcopey, its not a fake. I bought this when the psp was 1st released, they didnt have fake mem sticks at that time.
Fragmented, yeah defo a possibility as it hasnt been formatted in over a year.
So thanks for that suggestion, ill perhaps try formatting before putting more homebrew on there.

Im off to find all my old psx games and rip them

their is some bugs that i herd will brick your psp i home version b comes out soon
