Apparently, the PSone download title, R-TYPES, has some issues, freezing on the PSP. Sony's official Japanese website acknowledges this issue and Sony plans on releasing a new firmware to fix this issue.
Just like with 3.00, 3.01, and 3.02 they came out within days of each other to block hacking and to fix things. it should be out soon. 
I hope they can work on this firmware like they did with 3.10 lol.

Points: 21.55 Donate | | at least 3.10 gave us pal ps1 games working
as for the update it is supposed to fix a glitch in the ps1 emulator which is what the updates have been for from 3.01 to 3.10.
