xmb-psp has just released a theme pack for your xmb. it features 12 basic PS3 backgrounds along with 5 different shape and color system_plugin_bg_.rcos. Colors of the rcos include; red, blue, aqua, white, and gold.   
Installation: - Hold R and turn PSP on to go to Recovery.
- Go to Advanced/ and toggle USB (flash0).
- Now navigate to vsh/resource/ and rename system_plugin_bg_.rco to system_plugin_bg_.rco.bak and 01-12.bmp to 01-12.bmp.bak
- Now copy the 1-12.bmp and any color system_plugin_bg_.rco from the PS3 theme archive and overwrite.
- Exit Recovery

i wanna put this on my psp but i dont understand how? help anyone? can i get the old ones back or delete these?
