That's strange, that is the direct link that becus25 had where he uploads his stuff. I'll add his blog website so you guys can access his stuff and hopefully get your download working.

Thanks Lost Prophet, but I'm really too dumb to be messing around with that stuff, and it isn't a necessity for me anyway;
3.03 OE-c has plenty of space. Although, I find when I run my music it takes a second or two too long to load. That could be a bug in the custom firmware, or something wrong when I installed it; so I can just re-install it and see how it goes...

Here's the file. I downloaded it from DCEmu and I uploaded it here. I haven't tried it yet though.

maybe it also stores game data when you sleep mode? as when you sleep take memstick out turn it on its still loads the game even if the backup is removed. or maybe it is store on flash1 (with more space) anyone know it the space is erased at any point in time i.e. power on, game launching etc.

WOW! Cool find! Now we have more space added to our psp's limited space. Hopefully this can be used as a solution to many ppl's probs. of running out of free space on the PSP. Nice!

Djcopey: nope, that's done in the memory.
Gamer420: Once again, not only isn't this a new find (we've been able to do this for a long while), we can't really use it for files.

EDIT: BTW, firmware v3.50 is now available via network update, for anyone that's interested.

So what does Flash2 and 3 do? Sorry if you answered it already, I'm to lazy to read this whole thread.

The PS1 emulator stores a file named flash2:/act.dat which is related to the DRM protection. Not sure about the specifics of that, or what flash3 is for.

DRM. Bleh. Flash3 must be for the temporary datasaving.
