I know what you are thinking, since when has legal iso loader ever been real? Well now it is. Apparently Sony might be planning on releasing PSP titles through a PSP version of the Playstation Network. The ISO loader is inside of a prx, np9660.prx. But that is speculation.
What does this mean to the homebrew community? Well Dark_AleX will be using this to his advantage when he makes his new OE firmware. And rumor has it that he will be skipping 3.50 OE and going to 3.51 OE.
What does Sony has planned for this mysterious prx? I know that's what I want to know!

The module will enable the VSH to execute ISO-9660 compliant images (similar to dumped UMD ISO images), however they must be signed. This means, much like the PSX loader, that all the images are not distributable, and not possible to build unofficially.
Dark_AleX is working on a patch for the module - in the same way we were able to execute a distributed PSX image, pirates will have the ability to illegally share, download and use official images. He's unlikely to build a converter, as we can already load ISO's through the XMB via OE. He'll include it in 3.51 OE (skipping 3.50). |

but only if its not still $50 for a game
if they lower it to somethin reasonable for people without to much money |
