The people down at PSPgen have this preview on the next sony firmware, 4.00. Apperently the features they may be included are:
- Improving communication with the PlayStation 3
- Increasing the possibility of themes
- Using the plugin screenshot
- Increase preview for music
- Messenger

* A new messaging program (Google Translate says Go! Messenger)
