Ok well i have finaly got my compter to turn on and it flickers and stuff and i put the disk to install the motherboard drivers. when i do that some white writing appears looking like its doing somthing and then it comes up with start windows normal or in safe mod so i say start it normaly and it flickers a blue screen appears and it goes away and my computer restarts and all it does is loop no matter what i do i think its either the ram (it is in their correctly) maybe not most likely its the hard drive. So if it is the hard drive how do i wipe it out cuz i have a windows OS disk if i wiped it out PLEZ RESPOND AND HELP!!!

If you reinstall windows, it should be fine. You're going to need to do that before you do anything else. I'm sorry if you've already done it, but that should solve the problem. Oh, and sad to say, when you reinstall windows, you will have to reformat your hard drive in this case. Hopefully you've backed everything up, if not. Put your hard drive into slave mode and hook it up to another computer and back it up on that hard drive, or make data discs with a burner.
The blue screen of death basically signifies any problem that could cause your computer even the slightest discomfort. You'll see it if you don't have enough ram, you have incompatible ram, you have broken hardware, you don't have the proper drivers for your hardware, your computer is too hot or too cold, your bios is corrupted, your ram is corrupted, the list goes on and on.

Points: 13.56 Donate | | | Well you said windows loaded fine for a few secs so your partition table isnt corrupted...So You might have a bad RAM stick.....Try using that RAM on a diff. comp and see if that one crashes too. |
