Guys,

Im having problems networking a win xp Pro, and a win xp media edition laotops together...

Keep getting an error about not having access... I have made sure all the comps have the same user name and passwords, simple file sharing is turned off on both computers, even tried leaving the firewall off just to be safe, but just cant seem to access.

Any help apreciated.

plz explain alittle more your proble
are u tryin to connect ur desktop and ur laptop with what and what is the exact error and i will see what i can do

Im trying to network two Laptops together over a wireless network... they are both on the network, and are able to access the net (obviously all running off the same deafault gateway )

I have run the network config wizard on each comp, and they are both in the same workgroup and are viewable when you go to that work group in "view work group comps" but when i double click one its saying i dont have permissions.
