Need help from Computer Genious

Well, ive been having a couple probs with my PC again, and im holding off reinstalling windows for a couple more weeks. Im moving soon and I have other stuff to do then reinstall windows and get everything set back up.

Well, the main problem is adware and pop-ups, and more virtual memory is being used then usual, I can deal with it acting slower but not with all the ads. Its funny how it happened too, i was just sitting here on MSN and it started acting funny so I checked the processes and IE and a toolbar and such was installed, the toolbar doesnt bother me and i got that out no problem, but the main prob is these couple other IE Add Ons that are messing IE and FireFox up. By messing up I mean random pop ups and other annoying things, ive tried AVG, Ad-Ware SE, Avast!, XoftSpy, and XoftSpy SE and none seem to get rid of them. If ANYONE knows how I can get rid of the extra add ons causing trouble please do tell me as I will majorly appreciate it, and ill gladly throw some points towards the person that helps me fix it

Here is a screen of the Add On window, I keep some others disabled aswell.

Also, whatever caused it got past Avast and Zonealarm.

And the one causing most of the trouble I believe is mllih.dll

Thx

Edit: I know DesolataX should have an idea what to do, anyone help, thx

Go to Add/Remove programs and remove the toolbar and whatever else you find.

If it's adware then it probably wont help lol.

Just a few suggestions -
  • Lavasoft Ad-Aware SE Personal (freeware)
  • NoAdware 4.0 (shareware)

Thats all I use, I stupidly opened a file someone sent me on MSN which installed 4 malwares and 2 trojans, and both of those programs got rid of everything.
