Yes, Another Freaking Video Card Question

Ok, well best buy has/d this video card on sale for $50, and i was wondering if it would be worth the upgrade form the card I have now...below are the specs of each card...tell me what you think, thanks alot (i have a raincheck for the video card from best buy, so i can wait till i buy it)
