i was wondering does anyone out there have one of these loactionfree boxes from sony? im thinking of getting one cos my new phone will be able to access it so i can watch tv whereever i am thru the gprs!! i only found out about this the other day, also is it any good on the psp? wud be pretty cool to use in the bathroom so i dont have to miss my programs when in there!! lol

lol. You can always use the TV thing that uses streaming from a Pc program. From what i hear it is pretty useful. But i would rather save $250 then being able to watch TV on the john.

Could someone clear somthing up for me? Do you have to be within range of the box before you can stream? Like could I be near any wifi hotspot and stream?

as far as iv been made aware, u can be anywhere in the world and watch your tv or dvd player, or security cameras from any pc/laptop, psp, or my new mobile!

if u have access to the internet! using it in the toilet with my psp is just an extra bonus!! lol i just wondered what the quality of it was like. u can apparently bring up a virtual remote control and control all devices connected to the box!
